"My computer was running very slow, and I was about to start a work from home CSR job but my new microphone would not work and my internet connection kept dropping me from the Internet. I contacted a technician at Benchtech and they sent someone out the same day. When the technician arrived he gave me his name and was very courteous. After our meeting I let him know we had purchased the computer from a friend he suggested a clean installation and data backup for some photos, financial information, and songs.

"I had not one but two computers with virus/malware issues. I called around several places and had Norton fix my sons laptop for 99.00 with the purchase of antivirus protection for an aditional 78.00...then I saw Ben's Ad on facebook and went with him for the second computer, which has not worked in nearly 2 years, and to my surprize not only was he able to restore my computer and remove the viruses, but he vacuumed and cleaned it too! He has the best value Downriver by far!
